1. Control your supply – numbers and sizes of trees
2. Control your quality – you trim your trees to satisfy your market
3. Know exactly what you have to sell – pre price your trees
4. Save on income taxes – Capital gains rate on profits is about ½ ordinary income tax rate
5. Know when your trees were cut and how they were handled

We will spray fields up to three times and mow twice a year and supply one man with baler and tree elevator to help harvest trees. Any trees remaining after 12/1/08 belong to Pinetum.
